The Diamonds
Hit records include "Little Darlin", "The
Stroll, & "Silhouettes".
THE DIAMONDS began their recording career in 1956 with the
hit record "Why Do Fools Fall In Love". This was
followed by "Church Bells May Ring" and in early 1957
they recorded "Little Darlin'". That year "Little
Darlin'" was one of the most popular songs in America as
well as Europe, staying on the charts for 35 weeks. It is now
considered a rock and roll classic, dubbed the "National
Anthem Of Rock and Roll". Continuing with a string of hits
including "The Stroll", "Silhouettes",
"She Say", "One Summer Night" and
"Thousand Miles Away", THE DIAMONDS have sold over 40
million records.
