Owens
"The
Celtic Piper"
Rodney has played the Scottish Highland Bagpipes
at many special occasions in the U.S., Europe and other venues
around the world. He has studied at the Balmoral school and
the College of Piping in Glascow, Scotland. He is an
honorary member and piper of the Old Comrades Association of the
Royal Scottish Fusiliers Regiment in Ayr, Scotland. He has
recently taken up the Irish Bagpipes or Uilleann Pipes and is a
member of the Irish Pipers Society in Dublin, Ireland.
